Booking link structure
In Zencal, you can generate links to meeting topics that you send to clients so they can book a meeting with you.
Link types
- Profile page:
zencal.io/username- Shows all your available meeting topics - Single topic:
zencal.io/username/topic-slug- Direct link to a specific meeting type - Team page:
zencal.io/team/team-slug- Shows team booking options
URL parameters
You can add various parameters to customize the booking experience:
- ?lang=en - Force a specific language (en, pl, de, etc.)
- ?email=client@email.com - Pre-fill client's email
- ?name=John - Pre-fill client's name
- ?date=2024-01-15 - Pre-select a specific date
- ?timezone=Europe/Warsaw - Force a specific timezone
