How to change or cancel existing bookings.

Rescheduling and canceling

When you click on any scheduled meeting in your calendar, you get access to the booking management panel.

Rescheduling

  1. Click on the booking in your calendar
  2. Click "Reschedule"
  3. Select a new time
  4. The client will be automatically notified

Canceling

  1. Click on the booking
  2. Click "Cancel"
  3. Optionally add a reason
  4. Confirm cancellation

Client self-service

You can enable clients to reschedule or cancel their own bookings through the confirmation email link.
