Notification troubleshooting
If notifications aren't being delivered, check these common causes.
Language mismatch
Zencal supports multiple languages. Notifications are sent in the client's detected language. Make sure you have content for all languages you need.
Common issues
- Spam folder: Ask clients to check spam/junk folders
- Email typo: Verify the client's email address
- Notifications disabled: Check your notification settings
- Missing language: Add content for the required language
Testing notifications
Create a test booking with your own email to verify notifications are working.
