When to refund

  • Client cancels within policy window
  • You cancel the meeting
  • Service not delivered
  • Client dispute

How to process refunds

  1. Go to the booking details
  2. Find the payment information
  3. Click "Refund"
  4. Choose full or partial refund
  5. Confirm the refund

Refund timeline
